Services, pricing & payment
Service descriptions and prices on this site are indicative and may change. The specific scope, deliverables and price of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or order confirmation. Payments may be made by card (via Stripe) or by invoice, as agreed. Invoiced amounts are due within the term stated on the invoice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, branding, the AmPhi Labs name and logo, and the Hack Pack™ mark — is owned by Amphi Labs BV or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables created in an engagement is governed by the relevant agreement.
Confidentiality
Information shared between you and AmPhi Labs in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent court in Amsterdam.
