Anna drives AmPhi Labs with startup founder instincts, a track record in enterprise innovation at global scale, and the energy of a hackathon coach and competitor. MIT-trained in Applied AI & Data Science and pursuing an MBA in AI, Data & Analytics, she is obsessed with finding where artificial intelligence solves problems worth solving — and blends creative experimentation with applied AI to help teams unlock and scale real value.

Javed brings a PhD in User Experience and a career devoted to human-centered design. From academic research to hands-on product innovation, he transforms complexity into intuitive solutions that engage and endure. As a strategist and practitioner, he guides teams through discovery, prototyping, and validation, ensuring that ideas scale with both usability and impact.
